| Abstract | إحياء السنة وظيفة رسالية منوطة بأهل العلم والبصيرة بالدين والسنن، غير أنّ ما نراه في زماننا هذا من قلّة الفقه عند طوائف من المشتغلين بالعلم وطلابه، وما نشهده من تسرّع واستعجال في إعمال نصوصٍ من السنةّ بدعوى إحيائها من غير مراعاةِ درجةِ الثبوتِ أحيانًا، أو من غير تحريرٍ لدلالة النصّ وأبعاده ومقاصده أحيانًا أخرى، أو من غير اعتبار للمآلات عند توظيف النصّ أو غير ذلك، ما يدعو إلى حركة تصحيحية لهذا الواقع العلمي. ويأتي هذا البحث لمناقشة قضايا مهمة في هذا السياق، منها: هل كلّ ما ثبت عن النبيّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يبثّ وينشر؟ وهل تأخير بيان بعض السنّة سائغ أو ممنوع؟ وهل يصحّ توقيف العمل ببعض السنّة لظرف من الظروف؟ و قد سلكت في معالجة مسائله المنهج التحليلي مستصحبا المنهج النقدي لقضايا عديدة تطلب الأمر ذلك. وخلص إلى نتائج -أحسب- أنها موفقة. |

| Alternative Abstract | Reviving the Sunnah is a missionary function entrusted to people of knowledge and insight in religion and Sunnah, but what we see in our time of lack of understanding amongst some of those working in this science and its students, and what we are witnessing of the haste and urgency in the implementation of texts from the Sunnah under the banner of reviving it without sometimes taking into account the degree of reliability, or without understanding the significance of the text, or at other time its dimensions and purposes, or regardless to the consequences in employing the text, all of which calls for a corrective movement to this scientific reality. This research comes to discuss important issues in this context, including: Is everything reliable about the Prophet peace be upon him should be publicized? Is it acceptable or not to delay publicizing such text? And is it acceptable in some circumstance to suspend using some text? In dealing with such issues, I used the analytical method, accompanied by a critical approach to many issues where required and derived number of conclusions . |
