| Abstract | أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى تبيين أهمية التمييز بين أربعة مصطلحات حديثية وأصولية، يشتد الاشتباه بينها عند التعامل مع السنة النبوية، وهي؛ التخصيص، والتقييد، وزيادة الثقة، والنسخ، وذلك من خلال مراعاة الضوابط المتعلقة بتلك المصطلحات عند شرح الحديث النبوي. منهج الدراسة: يتبنّى البحث المنهج الاستقرائي؛ بمحاولة تتبع مواضع تلك المصطلحات في شروح الحديث، والمنهج التحليلي والنقدي؛ باستخدام الضوابط والقواعد الحديثية والأصولية في الوقت نفسه، وتنزيل تلك الأحاديث عليها، لما يترتب على ذلك من إدراك المعاني على الوجه المراد في حقيقة الأمر. النتائج: أبرز البحث أهمية تحديد الفروق بين المصطلحات العلمية المتشابهة عند التعامل مع السنة النبوية، وأهمية القيام بالمزيد من البحوث في هذا الصدد، وأن عدم مراعاة تحديد تلك الفروق قد يؤدي إلى الخطأ في التصور وإصدار الأحكام؛ بل إنه قد أدى بالفعل إلى وقوع الكثير من الاختلاف بين العلماء. ومن أهم الفروق بين التخصيص ونحوه، وبين زيادة الثقة معرفة تعدد طرق الحديث، فإن كانت الزيادة في حديثين مختلفين؛ فهي من باب التخصيص أو التقييد أو النسخ، وإن كانت في حديث واحدٍ؛ أي عن صحابي واحدٍ فهي من باب الزيادة فقط. أصالة البحث: تكمن أصالة البحث في كونه أول بحث يتناول الفروق بين بعض المصطلحات الأصولية والحديثية المتشابهة، وتطبيقها على بعض النصوص الحديثية، مع بيان آثار ذلك على فهم تلك النصوص. |

| Alternative Abstract | Objectives: The study aims to demonstrate the importance of distinguishing between four Hadeeth and fundamentalist terms that are increasingly confused when dealing with the Prophet's Sunnah, namely Takhsees (particularization of a general text), Taqyeed (restriction of a ruling), Ziyadatul-Theqa (addition) and Naskh (abrogation), by taking into account the controls related to those terms when explaining the Prophet's Hadeeth. Methodology: The research is based on the inductive approach. It attempts to track the positions of these terms in the commentaries in Hadeeth. Then, the analytical and critical approach is utilized, using Hadeeth and fundamentalist controls and rules at the same time, applying them to those Hadeeths, as this results in fact in recognizing the meaning as intended. Findings: The research highlights the importance of identifying differences between similar terminologies when dealing with the Prophet's Sunnah, the importance of further research in this regard, and that failure to take into account the identification of those differences may lead to misperception and misjudgment. Indeed, failure to do so has already led to considerable disagreement among scholars. One of the most important differences between Takhsees and the like and Ziyadatul-Theqa is the knowledge of the multiplicity of narrations of the Hadeeth. If Ziyadatul-Theqa is found in two different Hadeeths, then this is for the purpose of Takhsees, Taqyeed or Naskh. If, however, it is in a single Hadeeth, i.e. narrated by a single Sahabi (Companion of the Prophet) then it is only for the purpose of Ziyadatul-theqa. Originality: The authenticity of the study lies in being the first to address the differences between some similar fundamentalist and Hadeeth terminology, applying them to some Hadeeth texts while highlighting the effects on understanding those texts. |
