| Abstract | تتناول هذه الدراسة التعريف بالمسيحية في فكر الشيخ محمد الغزالي - رحمه الله - وطبيعة علاقتها مع الإسلام، وذلك من خلال استعراض الخلفية التاريخية بين الديانتين: كيف تشكلت ثم تطورت عبر التاريخ. كما تعالج الدراسة المصادر التي اعتمد عليها الشيخ محمد الغزالي في دراسته للمسيحية من خلال قسمين: يعالج القسم الأول المصادر الأجنبية التي استفزته، بينما القسم الثاني يدرس المصادر التي اقتبس منها في ردوده عليها. وتقدم الدراسة منهج الشيخ محمد الغزالي في دراسته المسيحية وقضاياها الدينية من خلال بحث يتوخى الدقة. وقد جاء تفصيله في الفصل الثالث من البحث يسعى منهج الشيخ محمد الغزالي إلى تعزيز إمكانية إقامة الحوار الحضاري عبر استدعاء المسيحية للانفتاح على التراث الإسلامي، والتعرف على طبيعته السمحة في التعامل مع جميع الأديان. وتختتم الدراسة في اقتراح أبجديات للحوار الحضاري مع المسيحية من خلال تطبيق المشروع الإسلامي للشيخ محمد الغزالي بمنهاجه وأفكاره ومقترحاته التي تسهم في تحقيق مقصد التعايش والتسامح بين المسيحية والإسلام |

| Alternative Abstract | This study deals with identifying Christianity in the thought of Sheikh Mohammed Al-Ghazali and the nature of its relationship with Islam, by reviewing the historical background between the two religions and how they were formed and then developed throughout history. The study also addresses the sources that Sheikh Al-Ghazali relied on in his study of Christianity and is divided into parts. The first part represents the foreign sources that provoked him, while the second part represents the sources from which he quoted in his responses to them. The study presents Al-Ghazali’s approach to Christianity and its religious issues through our careful and concise study of it, which was detailed in the third chapter of the research. Al-Ghazali’s approach seeks to enhance the possibility of establishing civilizational dialogue by calling on Christianity to be open to the Islamic heritage and recognize its tolerant nature in dealing with all religions. The study concludes by proposing ABCs for civilizational dialogue with Christianity through the application of the Islamic project of Sheikh Muhammad al-Ghazali, with its method, ideas, and proposals that contribute to achieving the goal of coexistence and tolerance between Christianity and Islam. |
