| Abstract | دفعت الجهود الدولية المبذولة لِوقف انتشار فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19) إلى إغلاق المدارس بكافة أشكالها وكذلك المعاهد والجامعات. ولهذا بدأت كثير من الدول اللجوء إلى نظام تعليمي بديل يُعرف ب نظام التعليم عن بُعد؛ وقد تبنت دولة قطر هذا النظام؛ من أجل أن يكون بديلاً لعلاج هذه المشكلة. ومن المؤكد أن هذا النظام التعليمي الجديد، يشير إلى الخسائر التربوية الكبيرة، إن لم يكن هناك إطار مرجعي موجه للتعامل مع التحول الرقمي لهذا النظام التعليمي. ولهذا صار الهدف الرئيسي لهذا البحث هو: إعداد إطار مرجعي موجه للتعامل مع هذا النظام التعليمي الجديد في هذه الأزمة، أو أي أزمة أخرى في المستقبل، وقد بدأ الباحثان بإعداد هذا الإطار؛ ليشمل جميع المشاركين في العملية التعليمية من: طلبة، ومعلمين، وإدارة، وشركاء لوضع آلية التعامل مع هذا النظام الجديد. وقد اقتضت طبيعة هذا البحث أن يُعالج بالمنهج الوصفي من خلال إطاره النظري؛ لعرض الدراسات والأدبيات المتعلقة به، وإعداد عناصر هذا الإطار المرجعي؛ للتعامل مع هذا النظام التعليمي. |

| Alternative Abstract | International efforts to restrain the spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19) leads to close schools, institutions and universities. That is why many countries have started an alternative (emergency) education system known as the distance learning; Qatar has implemented this system as a substitute response to schools and universities closure. Certainly, the effect of this pandemic will cause major educational losses, if there is no conceptual framework that can be a guide and reference to regulate such crisis, or any other crisis that may arise in the future. Therefore, the researchers started to design a framework that include all participants in the educational process from students, teachers, administration and partners to develop a mechanism for dealing with this new system. The nature of this research required that it be treated with the descriptive method through its theoretical framework. This research considers presenting the studies and related literature to come up with the frame elements that clarify and explain how to deal with the new education system. |
