This study aimed to: - analyse the spatial pattern of Arar population. - find net and common of population densities. - divide the city in to various population regions. - reveal the spatial varities patterns of the population density and the population concentration in it. - find the centre of population. - draw numerous maps that show all these varieties. The researcher used the analytical deductive method and the proper statistical method to explain the population distribution patterns in the city e.g ratio of concentration, Lomez curve and the centre of population. This study-which is the first about Arar population- revealed: - Al-faysalleyeh, Al-Sallehyah and Al-Az9yzyeh are over populated. - The marginal parts e.g. Al-Jawhareh and Mushref are under¬populated. - The populational density rising pattern is the same as the model suggested by Newling, the ratio of population concentration is 15% the center of population in this term was in Southern Western part of Al-faysalleyah, This study incJuded a number of suggestion and recommendations that formed a comer factor for the ubran planning of the city and the development of the quality of life for its population .
