اين حق الطلاق ملك للزوج طالما كانت الظروف مستقرة وهادئة بل قد لا يتعرض لهذا الأمر بتاتا...
فالنسبة الأكبر من الزيجات في المجتمع الإسلامي لم تعرف الطلاق، ولكن قد تقوم بعض الظروف تستدعي أن يأذن الزوج للزوجة او لغيرها بإجراء الطلاق، وهذا الإذن قد يكون صريحاً أو كناية وتخييراً أو دون تخيير، وتمليكاً أو دونه، ووكالة أو رسالة ورسولاً..
مما يسهل إجراء الطلاق بإذن الزوج لمقتضيات تقوم جريا، وراء استقرار العلاقات الأسرية وتخلصاً من غير المستقر منها. |

The right of divorce is for the husband as long as the circumstances are stable and quiet, otherwise,this matter must not be tackled at all.
The great majority of marriages in the Islamic society does not know divorce, but the husband to allow his wife or others to execute some circumstances calls for divorce. This permit may be clear-cut and obvious, indirect,and optional or none optional,ownership or none-ownership,power of attorney,a letter or representative.
That will facilitate executing divorce due to the requirements of stability of familial relationships and getting rid of the unstable. |
